Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, design, QA) to ensure timely delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and track progress using JIRA/Asana
- Manage stakeholder communications and present project status to executive leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and metrics
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing budgets over $500K and teams of 10+ members
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
