Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product) through full project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Define scope, timelines, and resource allocation for complex enterprise software deployments
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring on-time delivery within $1M+ budgets
- Stakeholder management: Present progress to C-suite clients and executive sponsors
- Implement Jira/Confluence workflows and drive continuous improvement in delivery metrics
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to organizational PMO standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing software development projects with 15+ team members
- PMP or CPM certification required (Scrum Master preferred)
- Proven experience in SaaS/tech with enterprise client delivery
- Expertise in risk management, budget forecasting, and resource optimization
- Strong proficiency in Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or related field
