Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and success metrics
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Implement and maintain KPI dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Advanced SQL and data visualization skills
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Strong background in financial services or healthcare domains
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation abilities
