Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications through stakeholder workshops and process mapping
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and process documentation for development teams
- Facilitate cross-functional Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives)
- Validate system implementations through UAT and provide post-launch optimization recommendations
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track business impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with Agile methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience documenting requirements in JIRA/Confluence
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and data modeling principles
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or AgilePM) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
