Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for fintech product launches and system integrations
- Direct cross-functional teams of 8-12 members across engineering, UX, and business units
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with rigorous cost-control measures
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while maintaining waterfall compliance for regulatory projects
- Mentor junior project managers and drive continuous improvement in PMO processes
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience with SaaS/fintech products
- PMP or CSM certification required; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and under budget
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project tools
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated success in matrix organizational structures
