Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of cross-functional Agile/Scrum projects from ideation to delivery
- Stakeholder management across C-suite, clients, and technical teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution for complex enterprise deployments
- Resource allocation and budget management for multimillion-dollar initiatives
- Implementation of PMO standards and continuous improvement of delivery frameworks
- Client relationship management and scope definition for strategic partnerships
- Mentoring junior project managers and fostering team excellence
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech focus
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record managing complex enterprise projects with $1M+ budgets
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience with remote/distributed team leadership
- Demonstrated success in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
