Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise clients
- Manage $1M+ budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across 5+ concurrent projects
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and implement JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Stakeholder management with C-suite executives and external partners
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using PMI methodologies
- Mentor junior PMs and drive continuous improvement in project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with $500K+ budgets
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Proven track record in IT, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Smartsheet
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
