Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception through delivery and post-launch evaluation
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) and implement best practices
- Manage stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and progress reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks using quantitative risk assessment methodologies
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with PMI standards and organizational governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience with $1M+ budgets
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory
- Proven expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution capabilities
- Knowledge of healthcare or government contracting regulations a plus
