Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Implement Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Monitor project progress and report performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding project status and changes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the IT or consulting sector.
- PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
