Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation matrices.
- Monitor project progress using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Trello.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and generate comprehensive reporting for executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development or technology environment.
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on driving solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
