Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for software development and IT initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to monitor progress and manage risks proactively.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Communicate project status, risks, and blockers clearly to the leadership team and cross-functional partners.
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes and team productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the IT or software industry.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
