Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Own the vision and execution of high-stakes projects from conception through deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with executive leadership, clients, and internal teams to communicate progress, risks, and value.
- Agile & Waterfall Expertise: Apply advanced methodologies (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall) to optimize project workflows and improve delivery velocity.
- Risk & Resource Management: Proactively identify potential roadblocks, mitigate risks, and optimize resource allocation to prevent delays.
- Team Leadership: Mentor project coordinators and junior PMs, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent Agile certification (CSM/CSPO) is required.
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive project management experience in the IT or technology sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems under pressure.

Responsibilities
