Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, regular status updates, and effective reporting.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Oversee resource allocation and optimize team performance to maximize efficiency.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven project management experience in a corporate environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
