Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Manage cross-functional teams, aligning engineering, design, and product stakeholders toward common goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize downtime and maximize ROI.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and strategic updates to executive leadership and clients.
- Optimize resource allocation and manage project budgets effectively to ensure profitability.
- Drive continuous improvement in project methodologies and team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the IT or Software industry.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies is a plus.
