Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize project workflows
- Stakeholder management across executive and technical levels
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution
- Resource allocation and capacity planning
- Deliver executive-ready status reports and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (PMP/PMI preferred)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT project management with SaaS background
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven success with daily/weekly deliverables in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
