Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and communication strategy development for executive-level clients
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning for federal compliance projects
- Budget tracking and resource optimization across cross-functional teams
- Agile/Scrum methodology implementation and sprint leadership
- Performance reporting and KPI dashboard creation for leadership review
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with federal contracts or regulated industries
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and Jira/Confluence tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making
- Clearance eligibility for government projects (preferred)
- Master's degree in Project Management or related field
