Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to delivery
- Lead agile/scrum methodologies with distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Stakeholder management: executives, clients, and technical teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution
- Budget oversight (>$5M projects) and resource allocation
- Process optimization and implementation of PMO standards
- Mentor junior project managers and drive team development
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven experience managing complex software development projects
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with cloud migration and DevOps initiatives
