Responsibilities
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives high performance and accountability.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure—using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
- Resource & Budget Optimization: Strategically allocate resources and manage project budgets to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification: PMP or CAPM certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive project management experience in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex problems under pressure.
