Responsibilities
- Lead & Execute: Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing) for complex IT and business transformation projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, team members, and executives to ensure alignment and clear communication of project goals.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and minimize impact.
- Resource Coordination: Effectively allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure the team has the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to organizational governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects in the technology or financial services sector.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Strong understanding and practical application of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
