Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and success metrics.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and roadblocks clearly to all stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
