Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline adherence using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to senior management and clients regularly.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in the Technology, Energy, or Engineering sectors.
- Professional Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
