Responsibilities
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Direct the end-to-end project management process, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Resource Allocation: Manage cross-functional teams, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure clear role definitions to maximize productivity.
- Budget & Cost Control: Develop detailed project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure projects remain financially viable.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reports.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Agile & Waterfall: Adapt methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall) based on project requirements and team dynamics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management within a corporate environment.
- Methodologies: Proficient in both Agile/Scrum and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar project management software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
