Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Identify project risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies proactively.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to senior leadership.
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies.
Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the tech or healthcare sector.
- Proficient in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
