Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and iterative delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively to prevent schedule slippage.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and roadblocks clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and scope changes to ensure projects remain profitable and on track.
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and process improvements across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the technology or software development sector.
- Proven track record of leading high-profile projects and managing diverse teams.
- Expert knowledge of project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
