Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and maintain Jira/Confluence documentation
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure alignment and deliverables
- Monitor project KPIs, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions
- Present project status to executive stakeholders using dashboards and formal reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into actionable plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/software development
- PMP certification or equivalent (e.g., CSM, PRINCE2) required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall frameworks
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
