Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing enterprise-level software development projects
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Scrum/Kanban frameworks
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with strict adherence to financial controls
- Act as primary liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Implement continuous process improvements using Jira and Asana
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech products
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory
- Expert proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
- Proven track record delivering projects on time/budget with 95%+ stakeholder satisfaction
- Advanced skills in risk assessment and change management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams across multiple time zones
