Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of enterprise-level software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Stakeholder management across C-suite clients, technical teams, and vendor partners
- Financial oversight: budgeting, forecasting, and cost variance analysis ($500K+ projects)
- Risk mitigation through proactive issue resolution and contingency planning
- Resource optimization: team capacity planning and workload balancing
- Quality assurance: ensuring deliverables meet SLAs and compliance standards
- Stakeholder reporting via executive dashboards and progress reviews
- Process improvement: refining PMO workflows and documentation
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in tech/digital transformation
- PMP or CSM certification required (MBA preferred)
- Proven success managing $500K+ software development projects
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project Portfolio
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience with hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Track record of mentoring junior PMs and building high-performing teams
