Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-budget delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and weekly progress reports
- Optimize workflows using Jira, Asana, and other PM tools
- Mentor junior PMs and implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time/budget
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
- Exceptional leadership skills with conflict resolution experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
