Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Develop and maintain project documentation including BRDs, SDDs, and test plans
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear visualizations
- Support UAT and implementation phases for new system deployments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
