Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and documentation
- Elicit, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to leadership
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting
- Proven expertise in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong SQL skills with ability to extract and analyze complex datasets
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare or fintech industry a plus
