Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop detailed dashboards and reports using Power BI and SQL
- Lead Agile ceremonies and maintain JIRA backlogs for cross-functional teams
- Document business cases and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
- Facilitate workshops to gather and prioritize user requirements
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries preferred
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
