Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions through workshops, interviews, and document analysis
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to validate solution effectiveness
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in IT or tech environments
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
- Proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
