Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements using BPMN, UML, and user story mapping
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Create detailed test plans and validate solution efficacy through UAT
- Develop ROI models and performance metrics to measure solution impact
- Manage JIRA backlogs and coordinate agile sprint planning ceremonies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA (Scrum/SAFe)
- Expertise in requirement documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio)
- Proven experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process optimization projects
