Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Lead stakeholder workshops and create process flow diagrams, user stories, and wireframes
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
- Implement Agile methodologies and optimize sprint backlogs
- Document requirements in JIRA and maintain traceability matrices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or e-commerce
- Advanced SQL proficiency with complex query optimization
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP) highly valued
- Experience with API integration and SaaS platforms
