Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business processes
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to align stakeholders on project deliverables
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and requirement documentation
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
