Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Conduct user acceptance testing and document test cases
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of business analysis or related internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
