- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, use cases, and technical specifications for development teams.
- Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodology: Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
