Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Create detailed business process documentation and workflow diagrams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives and deliverables
- Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems/processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis, data analysis, or internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
- Agile/Scrum methodology exposure a plus
