Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and wireframes
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Validate solutions through testing and user acceptance phases
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments
- Expertise in requirements elicitation and process modeling tools
- Strong SQL proficiency and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
