Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis between current processes and proposed system solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops to ensure alignment across all departments.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or blockers early in the development lifecycle.
- Train end-users on new systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Excel).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
