Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Marketing, and Operations departments
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Track KPIs and deliverables using JIRA and Microsoft Project tools
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Present project status to executive leadership with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or manufacturing
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise in budget management ($500k+ projects)
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Asana
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with remote team coordination and vendor management
