Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in alignment with organizational strategy.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project stability.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.
- Optimize processes and implement best practices to improve team efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex corporate projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
