Responsibilities
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Own the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations effectively.
- Agile & Scrum Leadership: Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprints, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives) and guide the team in adopting agile methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and roadblocks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Resource Optimization: Coordinate with department heads to allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the team has the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance before release.
Qualifications
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the software or IT industry.
- Methodology: Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
