Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct regular status meetings and prepare comprehensive project reports.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure third-party deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or financial services sector.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Expertise in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
