- Resource Allocation: Manage project resources effectively, assigning tasks to team members and optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular status reports to senior leadership, demonstrating transparency and accountability.
- Agile Adaptation: Lead agile ceremonies, facilitate sprint planning, and ensure the team adheres to Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the energy, technology, or consulting sectors.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Methodology: Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Tools: Expert level knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
