Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in close collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues in real-time to keep initiatives on track.
- Monitor project progress and communicate clear, actionable updates to all relevant parties using PM tools.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for Agile teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in a corporate or technical environment.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple competing priorities.
