Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Marketing) to define project scopes and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular, data-driven reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a corporate environment.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
