Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project stability.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to executive stakeholders and clients effectively.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the IT or technology sector.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and resources efficiently.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office) in Phoenix, AZ.
