Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status updates, reports, and presentations.
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management to maximize efficiency.
- Implement and maintain project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) tailored to business needs.
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor junior project managers and team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in a corporate environment (5+ years minimum).
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
