We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives for our rapidly expanding tech team in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and QA engineers.
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables with significant input from team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the software or IT industry.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of negotiating with diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
